These defects confuse me on grading. Let's see where you guys put this.

 

Cheater's Notes:

 

Light CB bend at Bottom Left Back Cover corner up to 1/4". The bend is between 1/4" and 1/2" but only about 1/4" of it shows CB

9.4 IMHO! LLHC crease on the back cover does the biggest damage for me!

I would agree with your comments, but since the back cover is black I assumed that the crease does not break colour and therefore gave it a grade bump!
