While not familiar with these particular blanks, I will tell you that almost every Hero Variant I've have run across is usually pretty limited. Their variant of the Overstreet Guide is only 500 copies, so I imagine these didn't have a huge print run.

Whether supply exceeds demand, I can't help you with.
