Wow, that is brilliant.

 

Do we have anything here in North America like that? Last time I talked to the police about a cyber crime I got a 'sorry, nothing we can do".

For the Americans, I would assume it to be the FBI. RCMP for Canada.

 

No police agency in the world will direct efforts on an isolated online case of several hundred dollars. Several thousand, you'd get their attention.

Nope but if a pattern starts to form, like in the case of Wilthem Uthe who has literally stolen 1000's over decades they might be interested.
