Wow that is a really nice copy! With the square bound books, such as this the ripple effect on the back cover is common and does not effect the grade. There is very little wrong with this copy and I'll go out on a limb here and say...

9.4 IMHO!

There are issues with the spine and the related corners and on the bottom of the RHS of the back cover but if there are no hidden issues (indents/impressions, spine splits or tears) then this book just screams 9.4!

The ding on top left/ The front right bottom hit/ The right edge chips/ The staples look like they may be coming through/ The dirt/ I think collectively keep this book around 7.5. With a press and clean maybe 8.5? Beautiful square bound.
