Hulk 181 CGC 8.5 should it be pressed

9 posts in this topic

I bought years ago a CGC 8.5 181 off to white pages. The Serial Number is 0116346003. I tried to look on CGC's site to see what notes if any as this was graded oh lord at least 9 years ago. I am considering upgrading or getting this pressed. My main concern is the cover is not centered. Will pressing help? I saw a 9.0 that mine looked better than that started making me curious.

It's hard to tell from the pictures if a press will improve the grade. It's basically a crapshoot. I don't think they reduce the grade alot because of bad centering.

If you're interested in pressing and resubbing it, you might want to call and check the grader's notes.

Good luck and WTTB
