Is Captain America worth seeing in 3D?

My theater I go to has RPX yada yada which is a huge 75 foot screen with Kick tail surround sound and only is availiable in 3D. Needless to say it is always worth seeing it in RPX 3D just for the huge screen and super surround sound. The whole theater shakes. Thor 2 sound effects were on par IMO with Star Wars in my Home Theater

My theater guys whack you in head when Cap throws shield for more realism.
