So...who owns all the Marvel Zombies rights?

I'm sure any studio can turn the characters they have the rights to into zombies. The rights to the title "Marvel Zombies" would belong to Marvel because it was released after they sold their rights, but that doesnt mean they can have a zombie spidey.
