CGC grading & Print lines

Just bought three Captain America #6 comics, two of the three have vertical print lines that run most of the length of the cover. How harshly does CGC grade books with print lines on the cover ?

Sorry I can't answer your question, but I wonder more how does it affect value. Say it was a non-factor or small factor in grading, given the choice between a 9.8 with the production defect and a 9.8 without it, how much of a value hit would it take?

For me personally, If I had the choice between a 9.8 with or without, I am taking the without, considering the price is the same.
