I have always wondered how the covers were attached, is it a trade secret?

 

Hint: Like any other cover would be attached.

 

Adding the Cover after the fact leaves these to get the NG (no grade) designation when going the SS route.

 

Benefit: The paper stock is above and beyond a common sketch blank. Very easy to work on with no logos to work around/over.

No secrets here.

Paper stock comes out of the box, gets crimped and cut. I have a professional bookbinding stapler I got from a book binder in California that I use the do staples and then press the book for 24 hours or so.

Not sure how USPS was able to get a 1st Class delivery from OR to FL in less than 48 hours but I am happy with what was delivered!
