Daredevil #13 trim or miscut?

i bought this DD #13 ages ago but i didn't notice the miscut/trim till now.

 

what do you guys think this is?

I'm a bit late, but will also weigh in. Clearly a miscut. No trimming. And a rather lovely copy as well.

You should take a little off the top and bottom, you know, even it up.
