He's my favorite character... but he had probably the worst Rogue's Gallery.... :facepalm:

My favorite Character as well but I agree his rogues gallery was really lacking at one point and in some ways still is doh!

Check out 'Batman: City of Scars'. :gossip: He's a fairly creepy character, psychologically, shows up around the 13:00 mark.

 

I always thought he was creepy. Ventriloquist dummies scare the cr@p out of me in real life. For a lot of people it's clowns - no way. Ventriloquist dummies... :fear:

I agree. Anything to do with dolls scares the mess out of me.

 

For the worst character, I've never cared much for The Green Lantern.
