So a mere 5 minutes ago I received Greggy's Secrets of Haunted House #1 CGC 9.8, and boy it is a beauty!

 

That means that my CGC 9.6 copy (also , -.2) of the same ish is officially on the market (I know, I'm so predictable!). Here's a chance for y'all to take a stab at it before it dangles like a piece of raw meat in front of the salivating ebay hounds.

 

I'm not looking to make money on the deal, in fact I expect to lose a few. Still, I'm an impatient bugger and I'd like to free up the dollars for some other books I've been eyeballing and/or Christmas gifts (awww). I'll listen to all fair offers!

Does the fact that I mention in my ebay description that I own the 9.8 and nobody's ever going to pry it from my mitts lessen my chances of selling this book?
