Picked this up for really cheap, can you spare a grade?

on second look I will have to drop my grade to maybe a 2.5 as well , is that a tear on bottom front cover going up to the leg ? it can be hard to grade a book in the comic bag. it is best that you scan the front and back cover to give a clearer look at the book . (thumbs u

honestly, I don't know. I will post better scans once it is in hand, these are pics done by the sell who does not normally deal in comic books.
