I tried to get a booth about 6 months ago but sold out.

 

We had a Spidey 1 in our booth and we were right beside them, they didn't get out of their booth much ( it was a busy show ).

 

Did you sell it? PM me with a pic if it's still around

I see this couple at every show I do and they have multiple costumes. She is very attractive.

Had a decent chat with this guy about the BEST movie Marvel has released to date. He agreed.

My impression of the event was short as I had to work

1 -- to get the good stuff you have to be there 3 minutes after the boxes leave the truck or the dealers grab it all ( I really mean they get it all )

2- best time to brose and buy is just before the show starts everyone is set up with no people in the way

3 - having a dealer pass ROCKS

Thursday I also managed to find a copy of a book I have been wanting to complete my New Teen Titans collection, nice reasonably high grade copy:

End of Thursday we took down our books and take our nicer stuff to the car. We did a board dinner at the Keg downtown. It started to snow very lightly while we drove.

 

I honestly do not know the city of Calgary very well and the downtown area of Calgary can be a maze. Well I think it can be.

I paid for parking at a parking lot and we walked a few blocks. The dinner was fabulous, I had filet.

Got back to the hotel late, I got into bed around 12 AM and watched some TV briefly to catch the Hockey scores. Feet were sore ( darn hard concrete floors. )

At least my runners didn't split open like they did in Edmonton 2 years ago.

 

 

I am taking a break, need a nap. A little tired. I shall start Friday review when I get back.
