CAF update: "that is just... major cool..."

Hi all,

 

 

As time went by, like many OA collectors, I've started to focus my collection

mainly on covers and splashes. However, from time to time, comes an interior

page with such a great story bit that it makes it even more fun to have

than "just" another cool image.

 

 

This is certainly one of those cases:

After you'd read it, you'll learn why I love it so much (as I'm sure you would

too) !

 

I don't think I've ever identified with a comic book character as much as I did

with the young man here... "that is just... major cool..."

Yes, it is.

 

So, did he go into the electronics shop?

 

 

Actually no, on the next page he was on a bus.

 

Later, in the annual of that year (illustrated by Oscar Jimenez),

there was actually a major payoff for the Superman poster scene,
