  1. Got a nice old piece by the great Jackson Butch Guice (who should be given a Bat book already !): https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1959296
  2. Hi all, Posting a belated art-day piece: https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1954217 Heritage really killed me on this one; I ended up paying way way more than I'd planned... Probably the biggest amount I'd spent on an interior page... oh well, enjoy.. Best, Gal
  3. The sale has ended. Big thanks to the buyers and everyone who took the time to check out the art. Best, Gal
  4. Still have mine. Bought it directly from the great (late) Norm Breyfogle via his (now defunct) website: https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=81648
  5. Since she does make a full appearance on rhe cover, I thought this aspect wouldn't count as much...
  6. It doesn't bother me either, at least not in the form they're done in BATMAN ADVENTURES.
  7. Speaking of BATMAN ADVENTURES #12, I just noticed these two auctions: https://www.comiclink.com/auctions/item.asp?back=%2FAUCTIONS%2FSEARCH.ASP%3FFocusedOnly%3D1%26where%3Dauctions%26title%3Dparobeck%26ItemType%3DCA%23Item_1683955&id=1683955&itemType=1 and https://www.comiclink.com/auctions/item.asp?back=%2FAUCTIONS%2FSEARCH.ASP%3FFocusedOnly%3D1%26where%3Dauctions%26title%3Dparobeck%26ItemType%3DCA%23Item_1683956&id=1683956&itemType=1 I wonder how high they'd end at...
  8. Someone on FB brought to my attention that there was this press kit pop up book that has a trademark stamp of 1991. I can't really tell when or where it was actually distributed, could anyone shed some light on this ?
  9. It's the same pose but two totally different illustrations.
  10. Beautiful artwork ! Personally, I think the cells and style guide art represent her better than Batman Adventures #12. I love Mike Parobeck's artwork, but his initial depiction of Harley was a bit rough (IMO, he got a better handle of her in later issues).
  11. Hi all, I just posted a couple of Batman The Animated Series pieces; these might be the first published appearances of the Timm style Batman: https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1927396 and https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1927403 Both were created for the original series style guide and were later used in countless merchandise items. I have more details in my CAF posts, but I'm trying to figure out if the top image could be considered the first published image of the animated Batman. Any info would be appreciated, thanks !
  12. Jackson "Butch" Guice has been one of my favorite artists for many years and Oracle is easily one of my favorite DC characters ! Your piece turned out incredible and really makes me want to get on the list...
  13. A special art-day for me: https://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1900157
  14. Hi guys, I have a couple of long lost (?) piece I wanted to bring up again in hope they might pop up; First piece: WHO'S WHO UPDATE '87 #5, Titano pinup(with Superman & Lois Lane),illustrated by Ron Frenz & John Byrne. The art was last seen at:Staples, 500 E Hamilton Ave Campbell, CA 95008 Second piece: BATMAN 1977 by Norm Breyfogle. In early 2017, my friend the great Norm Breyfoglesold this piece to me (and even mentioned itpublicly in a post on his personal Facebook wall).Upon my own request, he held off shipping it, andsadly passed away before shipping. Some time after Norm's tragic passing I'd approachedthe estate and at the time, the estate couldn'tlocate the piece. They did assure me that they willsend it to me if they find it (obviously, it has yetto happen). If you ever see either of these piece, please contact me. I'd be very thankful for any clue about their possible whereabouts (still holding hope to have it returned to me).I'd be happy to gift something nice to anyone who'd activelyhelp me getting them back (with positive results). Thanks,Gal
