Offered is The Brave And The Bold #28, 1st appearance of The Justice League of America.

 

I see it as a good +. The CF is attached, the pages are off white/cream and supple. The worst offense is the spine. It is split from the bottom up one inch, and is worn at the staples. The cover is attached, but not firmly. Pretty weak at the lower staple. I see no resto, and the black light revealed nothing.

 

I'm wanting to use paypal for this one. I will ship/insure internationally at your cost, 48 U.S. states are free (guess which ones).
