Cover D - 9.0. There are a lot of spine ticks visible on the full size scan!

 

Cover E - 9.2. Less spine ticks, but still enough to keep it out of the 9.4+ range, in my opinion.

Copy D = 8.0 Spine stresses (many) and corner issues prevent me from grading this one higher.

 

Copy E = 9.4 IMHO! You have a couple of spine stresses but generally that is about it. This copy is very sharp and if the stresses do not break colour this copy may be a candidate for pressing. Maybe a 9.6 or more in that case!
