9.0 if that's not a tear at the top. CGC might go a bit higher with a GA bump if color loss is deemed a production flaw.

front cover top edge looks like there could be a tear and a small chip out. the b.c top edge looks like some possible stains/spots and some tiny chips across the left side and a few on the right.

 

tough call without it in hand. 8.5 ?

 

book has trememdous color and eye appeal.

9.0 IMHO! Looks like a grabber tear on the top of the front cover. Some minor foxing/soiling.

 

Is this by chance a Pedigree? The marking on the front cover is usually a tip off to some sort of pedigree. I was curious if you researched it or are fully aware of it? Great copy either way.
