The images provided aren't the best to grade from but I would wager this book to be about 5.5 IMHO!

 

The chips on the RHS of the front cover appear to be "Marvel Chipping" and as such are considered a manufacturing/printing defect and won't figure into the grade.

I think they are two different people. I believe that Infinity21 is trying to justify the grade advertised if I am correct. Infinity21 is from Colorado and the seller of the book offered on eBay is from California.
