I bought this last weekend and was told it was from the GIJoe vs Transformers Image comic from 2003. It is supposed to be a back cover. I ran to a few comic shops but no one has these in stock. If someone recognizes it please let me know.

It's in the TPB listed as his first ever sketch of Megatron, it's published. Don't know if it was used as a back cover though. Edit: scrolled up and it says "Production Gallery" ... doesn't sound like a back cover ... but it could have been. Will dig.

Well couldn't find a back cover pic other than one that was the logo for this series. Still worth checking elsewhere though ... I would suggest posing the question here

Looks just as active as this place and I suspect has boardies that are bound to confirm one way or another if what you already know to be at least original published production art was ever on a back cover as well. Series was Vol.1 2003 published by Devil's Due / Image. 6 issues with cover A. Cover B was wraparound so would not have had a back cover as such.
