The cover of this one has a chip in the top left corner and a tear about midway down on the spine. The spine has some creases where it was rolled and the corners all look a little worn. The edge of the cover is also frayed a little...Im not really sure frayed is the right word for it, but it is worn along the edge about half way down on the cover. There is also a tiny black line on the "U" in Hulk.

 

 

The back looks like it is a little dirty, I know someone mentioned using an eraser to "clean it up" in one of my other books that had some black "dusty" type marks, but i wouldn't dare to do that. The top left corner on the back is also folded down.

No need to clean it, it won't help with it's grade.
