9.8 IMHO! I don't think CGC will ding you for the little scuff on the back cover just below the bottom staple. Nice looking copy!

 

:gossip: You should clean your scanner bed glass! There seems to be some film that shows up on the darker covers and might be mistaken for scuff marks or creases. Most noticeable on the front cover from the bottom staple down and to the right!
