AF 15 is my personal grail...but JIM 83, TOS 39, TTA 27, FF 1, ASM 1 all fit the bill.

I have it somewhere, from the brief period I played role playing games… but I have never used it as it was considered not 100% reliable in its randomness, giving the high number of facets. I think I kept it regardless because it’s very cool…

 

Never needed a 100 sided dice. Two tens seemed to work nicely.
