Old comic story ID please

I remember this story pretty vividly as a kid, and am interested in tracking down the book. I think it's an old Charlton or Gold Key, but I'm not sure. Almost certain it's not from the Big 2 though. Early 70's at the latest, probably older.

 

The story is about a couple of guys who discover gold in some tunnel or mineshaft. Greed overcomes one of them who kills his partner. Partner comes back to haunt him, trapping him in the mine. Bad guy's name might have been Archie (no not that Archie).
