I was wondering if somebody could help me out regarding the page count of this book. I counted 36 pages with both covers.

Neither GCD not Overstreet -- which you probably also checked -- have the info. It's a book I've admired but I don't think I've ever owned a copy.

It's an historically important book that's nice to own.

I also checked the Keltner GA index, but found no information there either.

I believe he only used brown paper tape, I have around 20 books were this fat red tape was used.
