Anything which is being adapted into a movie

 

At some point, books that are exclusively NOT being adapted into a movie are going to be worth bank. That's why I'm hanging onto my Shi, Razor and Posion Elves.

Better sell 'em before the Shi movie announcement

 

Good news is, half the movie announcements aren't actually going to happen. The first Elfquest movie announcement happened in the 1970's I believe. Deadworld was sold, scripted, and in development since the 1990's. Hack/Slash was optioned a decade ago and if I'm not mistaken Dead@17 already had it's lead role cast.

All it took was the announcement of one movie to make the first appearance of a talking tree from Planet X skyrocket in value.

 

With that said, and don't tell anyone I told you this... Warner Brothers has a big movie coming out in 2016 so you might want to stock up on as many Action Comics 1's and Detective Comics 27's as you possibly can.

 

I have a feeling that those two characters are going to be major players one day.
