Probably VF/NM or VF+ due to the dust shadow.

 

i have seen many 9.4s with dust shadows worse than that. I think VF+ is overly harsh.

No hard feeling. I never took any Copper/Modern books with the dust shadows.

 

Let wait for the grade comes back.

It was a joke, but true :). Imagine you have two comics, one stacked on the other but not perfectly aligned. Now, leave them like that for a few months/years in a room. If the room gets a lot of sunlight, the top comic will fade/tan and the bottom comic will have fade/tan where it was exposed. That's sun shadow. Similar effect if there is dust in the room. The dust will collect and degrade the top book and will leave a distinct brownness on the exposed portion of the bottom book.
