This belongs to a friend (who is trying to assess the value). I'm not really up on this book and it's a double cover. Pics aren't the best but I should have better pics this weekend. Please grade as best as you can with these pics. Thanks

Tough with that distant pic. 8ish it looks, maybe 9ish?

 

Double cover should bring a premium.

Because we cant see the back cover, I cant give an exact number but id say VF/NM interior cover is hopefully NM, for sure a book that should be slabbed!

They grade both, but they give the over-all grade to the nicer cover, which is almost always the interior cover.

I remember seeing a double cover of the same issue on ebay a while back. Both covers were in the 4.0 range and the book sold for around $700. You have quite the book there. I know if I had that book it would be slabbed!!!!!!!!

Advise your friend to let CGC assess the value of this book. He'd be a fool to not get it slabbed in the current (and future) market.
