looking at buying incredible hulk 180 CGC 9.0 how much is too much? whats a ggod price?

You should subscribe to one of the graded comics price database sites if you're in the market for buying higher dollar graded books. There are 2 sites that I know of, http://comics.gpanalysis.com/ and http://comics.gocollect.com/ or you can just look up sold listings on ebay if you want to go the free route, but those sites will have much more data on hand.

Search for the title of the book and issue number. Go to "Sold" item on the left side. You will see the prices. eBay keeps the recording of sold items for at least few months.
