What a crock of krap.

 

The people who work there are very nice - polite and pleasant. (thumbs u

 

Stock - all new, all generic, a few statues and a couple of $100 CGC books on consignment.

 

And TPBs...lots, and lots and lots amd lots of TPB's.

 

I'd agree the best shop in Melbourne - but even the worst LCS in 'Mericky has better stock - worse service for sure, but better stock.

 

They are nice blokes though. And the store is worth a visit if you are in Melbourne.

 

But award-winning?

That looks like a HUGE new comics wall. The stores probably weren't graded on their back stock all that much. The comics industry actually counts on new comics sales. Back issue sales don't help the publishers at all.

It's the lens. The shop is quite small.

You access via a lift into it - it's basically an office on the 1st floor of a City building.

 

Size of a 3-4 car garage basically, maybe slightly bigger. Like I said, nice guys, great service, but worlds best comic store?

 

Sorry, no.

 

Anyway - they won, so good for them. :applause:
