Is there a glitch in the matrix?

I just got 3 slabs from Heritage today, and when I try to enter them into the registry, it's saying they don't exist. Is there an issue with the registry at the moment?

Another glitch? I can add new inventory into the registry, but it's not taking scans (same problem as the glitch a few months back).

 

Tried upping via Chrome and IE to no avail.

 

EDIT: Now working, but painfully slow.
