PGM Marvel Super-Heroes #13

Wanted to check with more seasoned graders on CS board to see what you all think about this Marvel Super-Heroes #13 (1st Carol Danvers) I just picked up at one of my local comic book shops. I got it for 18$ and wanted to see if I got a good deal or if the book isn't worth the price (though for under 20$ it seemed like a good deal to me at the time).

The back looks like there is a significant amount of water damage which brings the grade down a great deal. But it only affects the back cover (and not any of the pages strangely enough).

 

Please let me know what you guys/girls think :)

Does anyone know how much water damage brings down a book's grade?

 

There are so many different degrees of water damage your question cannot be

logically answered. But yes it brings it down, sometimes a little and sometimes

a heck of a lot.
