Anyone here collect the Roy Thomas Planet Comics PS Artbooks?

Just letting you know they went from vo.l 1-3 & now vol. 5

 

They will print a Vol. 4 as soon as they can get good scans of Planet Comics #13 & #15. Here's the official word:

 

"Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have published Planet Comics -

Collected Works, Volume Five before Volume Four.

It has proved impossible, to date, to obtain good copies or scans of Planet

Comics #13 & #15 of high-quality condition. We will, of course, print Vol.

4 at the earliest possible time... but meanwhile we felt readers would

prefer that we bypass and go ahead with Vol. 5, 6, et al."

 

That is all..........Dismissed.

Funny that you just posted this, Flex and I were talking about this topic this morning. I noticed on the site where I bought copies 1-3 that 5 is now a pre-order and wondered about volume 4.

I can certainly understand how difficult it would be to find the two issues 13 and 15 noted in their statement.

I know what you mean. I have checked monthly so I wouldn't miss Vol.4, and never saw anything, so I emailed PS Artbooks directly and got that response.
