FS: 1st App. of Star-Lord in a Comic Book

Up for sale is Marvel Spotlight (vol. 2) #6 p. 26, a historic issue featuring the first appearance of Starlord (from the hit Guardians of the Galaxy movie!) in a comic book. Starlord previously appeared in several issues of the Magazine-format black and white Marvel Preview series in 1976 and 1977 before the character disappeared from view until this issue. The origin of Starlord is retold in this issue from 1980 as the character was rebooted for comics after a multi-year hiatus. Tom Sutton, one of the great Marvel artists of the Bronze Age, penciled and inked the page.
