I'd don't think I would go over 3.0 from the scans and what looks like some major moisture problems.

 

But I have been drinking in a couple cold ones tonight and popped my contacts out.

OK, thanks guys. I wanted to get a good idea of the condition as it looks.

 

Now, unfortunately, it's missing the MVS...how much does that effect the grade/value?

 

Edit; I purposely wanted to get some opinions on condition before dropping this bombshell so that it would not effect overall opinions.
