Just read your description for the Cap #27. I like how you said that you deal with customers in a "timely" and professional manner...

Took less than a day for that Cap #27 to reach its reserve of $1200. Not bad for a book that guides for $696...

but it might be OK since I don't think the sale included a discount on reserves. So potentially 25 cents in "listing fees" (10 cent fee instead of the normal 35 cent fee - all starting prices were below $10) could be saved per auction.

I'll miss them. I'm spending too much though and need to get my collecting focus narrowed. Eliminating Timely's should save me a few bucks.

Yeah, it's a little embarrassing to be publicly coveting a book one year and selling it the next but that's what's happened. I'm just too spread out in my comic interests at the moment with no end in sight. Trying to expand the Timely Captain Americas was going to be brutally expensive so I'm getting out of that....for a while at least.
