Great issue. I do not own this.

 

For me, I would grade this Good 2.0 but I'm not sure what CGC would say. It looks to me as if the bottom staple is noticeably closer to the bottom of the comic than the top staple is to the top so I am guessing the cover was detached from the original bottom staple and the owner restapled it here. If the cover were pulled loose from the original staple, and with the accumulation of other wear, I might even drop to 1.8. Still a great book and better than the non-existent one in my collection!
