Need a grade - My Greatest Adventure 80 - First Doom Patrol

Picked this up recently, and I'd be curious as to the thoughts of wise, discerning pros. Thanks for your time.

 

Dim lighting in my office, so don't hit PQ too harshly. It's pretty nice inside.

Bottom Staple/Spine Staple indented more than the top - secure though.

Having trouble with the bottom edge... on the back cover, under the dotted red line, I see a crescent stain that may not be part of the shading. On the interior pages, I think I see a water stain through the bottom edge of both pages, darker on the left page, lighter on the right.

 

If a water stain has migrated through the bottom edge of the pages, 4.5. If I'm just seeing things, 6.0.

Good eye. Not a water stain - more a dimple from a thumb from mishandling. That indent does go through several pages, but it's not a stain. I don't see any stains on it.

Tough book to find in grade. Nice copy. I think a press can help that upper left Back Cover corner. I am concerned about the bottom staple = do I see rust ?
