PGM Detective Comics 411

Hello. Just got another copy of Detective Comics 411 with a lot I purchased for a very, very good price. So thought I post pictures of the book to get others opinion on the grade. I'm thinking around 8.0-8.5 with the spine defects and the somewhat dirty back cover (which a press can fix for the most part).

 

Love to know your thoughts. :) Here are the pics:

Might be a small amount of foxing, though luckily it's on the back cover and a very minute amount of it. But hopefully with a good press, it will present better. A 8.0 was around where I was at as well. Though it's a nice high grade copy of a key issue :)
