Similar question to the 362. Top right is production, I think. Not sure why you're at a 9.0 unless you see something in hand that is not being picked up by the scan.

 

the two bottom right corners are a bit worn that's why I put it a a 9.0

Even if they are "soft" corners, they are perfectly consistent with a NM-.

If the book is otherwise flawless, it can even be better.

 

At the beginning I used to be like you: the minimum defect for me dropped the book below Near Mint, but we are not talking Mint, we are talking Near Mint. :)
