Similar question to the 362. Top right is production, I think. Not sure why you're at a 9.0 unless you see something in hand that is not being picked up by the scan.

the two bottom right corners are a bit worn that's why I put it a a 9.0

Even if they are "soft" corners, they are perfectly consistent with a NM-.

If the book is otherwise flawless, it can even be better.

so what grade would you give this?

From the scans it is difficult to grade in the NM range, but I would agree with the seller's stated grade.

If it has little to no spine ticks there is no reason to go below, even if some corners are soft.
