Bought this at my LCS probably about 15 years ago. Staples are clean/rust free, center fold/wrap is loose at bottom staple. On the fence about entombing this one and just wondering how much a loose page detracts from the grade, if at all in this condition. Thank you in advance.

I might change my opinion if the paper felt flimsy in-hand, but I'd expect to see a 3.5 out of this.

 

To answer the question, the centerfold off at one staple would have no effect on the grade.
