PGM: Swamp Thing 1

The book looks 9.0/9.2. The eBay seller (low 200 feedbacks) estimated this NM/NM- but their picture was slightly blurred so I would not see the defects on the back cover.

 

Until now, I have it. The book is definitely 9.0/9.2 but there is foxing area on the lower back cover. That may bring it down to VF.

 

Please share your grade with me. If I get many low grades from you, I can email the seller for returning it back. The seller doesn't accept the returns but I have no problems to open the cases before.

Checked on it under the light. It looked like a hair on the ink cylinder while it was printed. Checked for the scratch marks before P and after. There is no scratch mark.

It's kind of weird.

It certainly is a pretty book. 9.0 is pretty much in there.

8.5/9.0 ish. You are right the bottom may bring it down into VF+ territory, but overall very nice book.

Thanks to all. The seller and I agreed that I get $15 refund. The average sale was $60 to $70 for SW 1 VF on eBay. I paid $86 and thought it was a good deal for NM/NM- but it didn't happen. I settled with $71 after the refund.
