Thanks, me too! To say I was pleasantly surprised to get it is an understatement, and then to see how nice it is in person...doubly pleased!

I don't mind the back cover soiling as much as the bug nibbles on the bottom edge of the front cover. My heart says 4.5, but it's a 5.0.

Yes, in the end I’d say between 4.5 and 5.0.

I was about to pick it, glad I left it for someone who was still missing it… this dang "hype" pushes you pick books you already have because they are "hot"…

Either the scan is misleading or that book is not a FNVF, despite what CGC thought when they graded it.
