I need some help gang. I have a CGC 3.5 blue label graded Batman 7 ... It's an outlier in my collection as I usually collect Silver age. I'd like to sell it but am having problems finding a good price point. GPA is inconclusive. Guide gets no bites...what's this book worth? Thx.

The last 4.0 - early this year - on c-link sold for $827. A 3.0 last year for $628. I'd say around $700 is a fair market estimate.
