How much does this affect grade?

Say you have a 9.4-ish book, except that it has a long scratch on the cover, nearly the entire length of the book. It does not break the color. It's not a crease. It's as though someone took a razor and lightly scratched the surface, only penetrating the gloss but not the color or paper. You can only see it when you angle it just so in the light, but, if you angle it just right in the light, it definitely stands out. How much would that affect the grade?

It is still a crease - any kind of creases I believe.

I wanna say the highest grade Ive seen on a book length CBC is 6.0.

What about non-CBC?

I'd have to see it but it would make a significant difference if it does not break color.
