need help with this one

 

fingerprint on the top front cover where price is, back cover has a stain but it's limited to cover, not sure if it's foxing/dust shadow but it's not water

A few spine breaks and that dust needs to be cleaned. Corners are decent. The back has dents and a visible spine break by the basketball hoop on the right. Color is a little off but a 7.0-7.5. Maybe an 8 if it's cleaned and pressed maybe 8.5 then. It needs it. I thought this was a 9.4 or 9.6.
