PGM Marvel Super-Heroes 18

Would love to hear your thoughts on the grade of this copy of Marvel Super-Heroes #18. The scan does not reveal the form of the square binding; however, it is nicely squared with a small bottom 5mm spine split. There has been no pressing or cleaning on the book yet.
