I looked on CGC's label description link, and tried searching forum sight for some info, but have not been able to find anything, maybe some of the older members may know,

 

When was the modern(red) label used? date range, serial number range?

I think they only had it around for a year or so after they opened, then they switched to the current Universal/Qualified/Restored labels.

I'm not exactly sure, but I don't think it was used past 2000 or 2001?
