Need opinions, Flash #106 1st Gorilla Grodd!

If you can tell from the scans, there is slightly a different color of red towards the top above the flash title. It's actually a little signature someone drew in red/pink crayon. I uploaded a 3rd picture to show it at an angle. This wouldn't be considered color touch right?

I don't think it would come back from CGC with CT but stranger things have happened.

It shouldn't be considered color touch as the intent was not to enhance the book's appearance with a signature.

4.5-Flip a coin on the CT. You could probably call them up and ask. They are pretty good about giving answers on the front end of the process.

I've never seen a book come back restored because someone wrote there name on the cover. It would be downgraded as a defect. Nice colors on this collectible book, at least a 4.5.

Thanks everyone for your input. My initial thoughts were in the 4.0-5.0 territory, I knew it couldn't be a 3.5.

 

I also was thinking since the intent of signature was not to cover up any sort of flaw, that they wouldn't see it as restoration.

 

Not sure whether I should hold onto it or not since I'm a Marvel guy.
